Ashby Funeral Care was officially opened at noon on the 6th October 2011. We would like to thank the many friends, family and clients that attended on the day to welcome our services to Scunthorpe. On the day, we had many kind words from Lyn the Methodist Minister and Robert from the British Legion, whom both gracefully led us all into a two minutes silence in honor of our fallen heroes. On show, we had the beautiful black Friesian horses that were attached to an astonishing glass hearse aswell as the unique and classy Suzuki Hayabusa motorbike hearse. As the day proceeded, we initiated a tombola which will continue to be run through-out the year, all of its income will be sent to Headley court and the British Legion.
